Our products are always quality checked and guaranteed. We've implemented the rigorous testing process to insure your best experience. Every inlay is tested for moisture content to be in the recommended range in multiple points. The templates for the medallions are dry fit to insure proper installation. The parquet is tested for squareness and the absence of knots and wormholes.

Inlays are shipped in the heavy-duty double cardboard boxes, tested for 275 lb. of load. In addition all the inlays are shrink wrapped to protect them from the environmental exposure. Every shipping is fully insured and tracked.
